About me

I am a graduate student in School of Integrated Circuit of Southeast University(SEU), currently advised by Prof. Yarui Peng.

My research interests are Electronic Design Automation (EDA) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for VLSI, focusing on Advanced packaging algorithms and Multi-physics modeling and simulation of advanced packaging for 2.5D/3D Chiplet systems.

I received my B.S. in Physics from School of Physics and Technology of Wuhan University(WHU) at May 2025.
